Who grants this additional licence

NOMBRE DIRECCION, S.L.U., tax ID B75534164, as owner of the rights in the original material, grants this licence directly to the buyer identified in the order. It covers the prompts, negative prompts, guides and other original documents included in the purchase.

Relationship with checkout terms

This licence is an additional authorisation from the rights holder and is accepted before payment. It supplements the terms presented by Payhip at checkout and does not change any independent obligations between the buyer and Payhip. As regards NOMBRE DIRECCION, S.L.U.'s rights in the original material, it records the uses we expressly authorise.

Permitted use

A worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence is granted for the legal term of protection to copy, use and adapt the prompts within the buyer's workflow, in the buyer's own personal or commercial projects. One backup copy may be kept.

Where a company purchases the product, the licence belongs to that legal entity. Employees and contractors may use the files solely for that company's projects and may not keep, share or use them independently.

Created results

The buyer may use results created with the prompts in personal or commercial projects to the extent permitted by the terms of the third-party service used and provided that the buyer holds the necessary rights to any supplied text, samples, voices or other material.

The licence does not guarantee that a result will be unique, exclusive or protected by copyright. The same prompt may be sold to other buyers and may produce different or similar results.

Audio examples

Audio examples are supplied for listening and reference only, even where included in the folder. They may not be released, distributed, synchronised, resold or used as samples unless the product page expressly grants a separate licence.

Prohibited uses

The licence does not allow the original files or a minor adaptation to be turned into a product for third parties.

• Sharing, giving away, publishing or reselling source files.
• Including them in another collection, library, template, course or downloadable product.
• Sublicensing them or presenting them as the buyer's own prompt pack.
• Giving access to anyone outside the authorised purchaser.
• Publishing complete prompts or enough material to reconstruct the collection.

Ownership and statutory rights

NOMBRE DIRECCION, S.L.U. retains intellectual property rights in the original files. This licence does not restrict statutory consumer rights where a product is defective or does not match the purchase. Specific licensing questions: hola@subsuelofs.com.
