Where applicable, a consumer may withdraw within fourteen days of contracting while digital supply has not begun. The model below may be used, or any other unequivocal statement may be sent.
Immediate supply
Immediate download begins only after a separate express request and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost once supply starts. That declaration and the accepted terms will be reproduced in a confirmation that can be retained.
Refund
Where the withdrawal right remains available, payment will be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notice. The same payment method will be used unless another method is expressly agreed at no cost to the consumer.
Defective or undelivered content
Missing, damaged, misdescribed files or failed links should be reported to hola@subsuelofs.com with the order number. The content will be brought into conformity without charge or undue delay. Where the law provides, a price reduction or termination and refund may be requested. Conformity rights are not lost when download begins and, for one-off supply, cover defects appearing within two years.
Model withdrawal notice
